How many guests fit in the space?

We set aside a designated area for your group, up to 20 guests, and we stay open for regular orders during your booking. Want the whole place to yourselves? The entire space can be rented for a private event or party for an additional cost — contact us for special rates.

What's included in the setup?

Tables, chairs, trash bins and setup help are included, and we reset the room afterward. Music is provided in-house — send us your song or playlist requests and we'll play them during your event. You're welcome to bring decorations, a cake and balloons — we just ask no confetti, glitter or anything nailed to the walls.

What hours can I book, and how long is a full day?

Parties and events run inside our 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM window. Most parties book 3 to 4 hours, and a full-day event is the whole 7-hour window (1:00 PM – 8:00 PM). We can usually add setup time before your start — just ask when you send your request so we can block it off.

Do I have to order food from you?

No, but ordering food and drinks through us gets you a discount on your booking, and it's the easiest way to feed your guests. Outside cake and desserts are always welcome.

How do meeting bookings work?

Meetings and workshops book inside the same 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM window with tables arranged in rows, a U-shape or conference style. Wi-Fi is included, parking is easy and just steps away, and coffee or breakfast trays can be added.

What do vendors get with booth space?

Vendors get a table in our high-traffic area by the day or by the weekend, with reasonable per-day rates and lower pricing for recurring dates. Bring your own signage and payment setup — we'll help you get positioned.

How far ahead should I book?

Parties, events and meetings must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance, and weekends fill up fastest — two to three weeks ahead is safest. We only hold one event per day, so a date that shows as taken on the calendar is already booked. Vendor tables need just 2 days' notice.

Q: Is there a deposit, and is it refundable?

Yes — every booking is held with a small refundable deposit paid on our website. It's refunded after your event as long as the space is left in good shape, and the balance is due the day of your event. Cancel at least 48 hours before your event and the deposit is refunded in full.

Once your date is booked you get your own announcement link to post on your socials — your followers land on a celebration page with your booth dates and directions.

Every booking — parties, celebrations, meetings, workshops and vendor booths — is held with a refundable deposit paid right here on our website when you request and confirm your date. The deposit is refunded after your event as long as the space is left in good shape, and the balance is due on the day of your event (vendors pay the rest on their first booth day). Need to cancel? Cancel at least 48 hours before your event and we refund the deposit in full. Extra hours are billed at our hourly rate; food and drinks are quoted separately with your booking discount. Prices may change for holidays — we confirm everything in writing before your date.
