How Collect & Win works
Everything you need to know about JEV Codes: how you earn them, how the draw happens, and how prizes are claimed. Simple, automatic, and the same for everybody.
Codes are issued automatically
Every completed, paid purchase earns JEV Codes — online or at our register. Nobody has to ask, and staff never have to do anything. In store, your codes print right on your ticket. Online, they appear on your confirmation page and in your confirmation email.
Bigger purchases earn more codes
Codes are based on the amount actually paid, after discounts and including tax. Under $50 earns 1 code, $50–$99.99 earns 2 codes, and $100 and up earns 3 codes.
The draw is random
The draw date is posted before the campaign starts. On that date the owner runs a single random draw across every eligible code issued during the campaign window — each code is one entry, so more codes means more chances.
The winning code is posted publicly
We publish the winning code on our winners page and in store. Check your receipts, emails or screenshots — if your code matches, come see us to claim your prize.

How we keep it fair
- The draw date is published before the campaign starts and does not move.
- A phone number or email address on the purchase is required to be entered — that is how we contact the winner. Codes are entered automatically; there is no manual code entry.
- Every entered code from the campaign window goes into the same pool — one entry per code.
- The winner is picked at random by the system, not chosen by hand.
- Each draw is recorded with its date and pool size, and the winning code is posted publicly.
- Employees of Big Apple Delights and their immediate family are not eligible.

Giveaway terms & conditions
- No purchase is required to win beyond the codes issued with qualifying purchases; codes have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged.
- Codes are issued automatically on completed, paid purchases. Refunded, voided or cancelled transactions do not earn codes, and codes issued on a later-refunded purchase are void.
- Codes are tiered by the amount actually paid, after discounts and including tax: under $50 earns 1 code, $50–$99.99 earns 2 codes, $100 and up earns 3 codes.
- One entry per code. Codes only enter the drawing when a phone number or email address is on the purchase, which is captured automatically at online checkout and at the register. Codes can never be entered or claimed by typing them in.
- The winning code is selected at random from all entered codes issued during the campaign window.
- The winner is announced after the draw date and must present the matching code (printed receipt, email or screenshot) to claim the prize.
- Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of the announcement or a new code may be drawn. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
- Participants must be 18 or older. Employees of Big Apple Delights and their immediate family are not eligible.
- Big Apple Delights may modify, pause or end a campaign at any time. This giveaway is separate from our rewards points and discount codes and cannot be combined with them.
